Product description

Vertuo Plus Deluxe Black + Aeroccino is an Vertuo coffee machine from the Vertuo Plus Deluxe + Aeroccino range. The Black version combines a considered footprint with the coffee sizes supported by this system.

The controls are arranged for a straightforward daily routine. The joy of coffee, in small and large cups. Documented machine data includes Weight: 4.58 Kilogram; Removable water tank: 1.8 Litre; Dimensions (WxDxH): 14,22 x 42,34 x 32,51 cm; Cable Length: 74 Centimeter.

Rinse the water tank and removable parts before first use. Follow the cleaning and descaling guidance in the supplied instructions.

Shipping policy

Delivery area

We deliver only to addresses in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Standard delivery is the only service offered; there is no express, timed or collection option.

Cost

Standard delivery is free for every order. No delivery charge is added at checkout.

Processing and transit

Orders are processed Monday to Friday within 1–2 working days. Once handed to the carrier, estimated transit is 3–14 working days. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.

Address and transport

Customers must provide a complete deliverable address. Report visible transport damage with the order number and photographs so the case can be assessed.

Refund & return policy

Return period

A return may be requested within 30 days of receipt. Contact support@daneacapital.ch with the order number before sending anything back.

Condition

Products must be complete, clean and, where possible, in their original packaging. Opened food products and coffee capsules can only be returned if defective or incorrectly supplied.

Return cost

Customers pay for voluntary return delivery. For damaged, defective or incorrect goods, reasonable return costs are covered after review. Return address: Danea Capital GmbH, Worbstrasse 201, 3073 Gümligen, Switzerland.

Refund

After receipt and inspection, an approved refund is initiated within 7 working days through the original payment method. Bank processing time may be additional.

Card and TWINT payments are handled through the connected payment provider. Full card or TWINT access data is not stored by this shop.

Amount and currency

All prices are in Swiss francs and include applicable Swiss VAT. Checkout shows the items, total and free standard delivery before submission.

Status

An order is paid only after payment status is confirmed successfully. If payment is cancelled or declined, the status remains open or failed and it is not dispatched as a paid order.
