1. Purpose and data
We process only data needed for store operation, orders, delivery, support, security and legal records. This includes contact details, delivery address, order lines, payment status and technical security data.
2. Cookies and payment
Necessary cookies retain language, cart and security state. Marketing cookies are not used without separate consent. Payment data is handled by the connected provider; full card numbers are not stored by the shop.
3. Retention and rights
Order records are retained according to Swiss requirements. Support data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. Data subjects may request access, correction or deletion within the statutory framework.
